Dr. Haynes has been in practice with ETSU for over 18 years.  In that time, he has done approximately 900 breast reconstructions, and over 2800 breast surgeries.  Originally from New Mexico, he did his general surgical training in New Orleans, plastic surgery residency in Richmond, Virginia, and a fellowship in hand and microsurgery in Pittsburgh.   Dr. Haynes is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  You may guess that he also likes science fiction, but please don't hold that against him - he's still a relatively normal guy.

Tiffany Hilton, RN, is a former ICU nurse who is now Dr. Haynes' primary assistant in both the office and the operating room.   She claims to be a native of East Tennessee, but her inhumanly cheerful personality leads us to believe that she is not of this world, although she won't admit to this, nor tell us which planet she's from.
