Office Hours
Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, except holidays.
To schedule an appointment, please call 423-439-7201, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us as soon as feasible, so we can make that time available to other patients.
Location
Our offices are on the third floor of the ETSU Physicians Clinical Education building, located at 325 N. State of Franklin Road, in Johnson City, Tennessee.
We are directly across the street from the Johnson City Medical Center.
